Repurchase of rented facilities boosts site for future growth

Rox-Klimatechnik, Rosenberg Group, secures long-term location in Weitefeld

Weitefeld, April 2025 - Rox - Klimatechnik GmbH, a member of the globally active Rosenberg Group, is now once again the owner of the previously rented premises at Langenbacherstraße 25, 57586 Weitefeld. With the repurchase of the property, the company is sustainably strengthening its long-standing production site in the Westerwald.

Almost 28 years after the site was taken over by the former Hombach Wärmetechnik GmbH, Rox-Klimatechnik now once again owns all three production halls, including the office building. In total, the company now has around 10,000 m² of production space and approx. 1,000 m² of office space at its disposal.

‘With this acquisition, we are creating the basis for long-term planning, investment security and the targeted expansion of our business at the Weitefeld site,’ agreed Karl Rosenberg, Martin Rosenberg and Marco Fischbach.

Growth in the group - strength from the region
Since 2006, Rox-Klimatechnik has been part of the Rosenberg Group, a global supplier of fans, ventilation components and air conditioning systems. All companies in the Rosenberg Group are now part of the Karl Rosenberg Foundation, which was established by Mr Karl Rosenberg and is being led into the future together with Mr Martin Rosenberg and others.
‘In this constellation, numerous synergies will be utilised in the future and innovative product lines will be developed together,’ says Marco Fischbach.

Product line - Innovative solutions
Today, Rox-Klimatechnik already covers a very broad spectrum of room and process air technology - including, among others:

  • Eligible central air conditioning units with integrated heat pump systems for all industries
  • Special units and compact solutions for special applications
  • Energy management centres and compact hygiene units
  • Highly efficient multifunctional heat recovery systems
  • Air flow rates from 1,000 m³/h to 180,000 m³/h are possible.

By returning to ownership of the site, Rox-Klimatechnik is emphasising its commitment to the region, its own development expertise and its confidence in a business area that continues to grow.
