Run-around coil systems

RCS systems are particularly suitable for applications where the supply and extract air must be strictly separated. For example, areas with higher hygiene demands or where the extract air is heavily polluted. Another application would be where local conditions make the separate routing of supply air and extract air necessary.

RCS systems can be made from a wide range of materials and this offers an additional advantage as it means they can be matched to each individual application. This would be the case particularly where extract air is heavily contaminated.

This system is also a perfect companion to adiabatic extract air humidification, where performance in summer mode can be substantially increased with little extra energy expenditure.

We also offer RCS systems with efficiency levels of 70 to 80 % which can be regulated and guaranteed by means of advanced hydraulic assemblies, even in the partial load range. In this connection, additional visualisation and energy monitoring is also possible.
