In the chemical and pharmaceutical industries in particular, compliance with relevant standards, directives and regulations may be required for a single unit depending on local conditions and the interiors to be ventilated. Whilst a supply air unit may be suitable in line with the hygiene directive DIN 1946 Part 4, the extract air unit may have to be resistant to harmful substances or have to be manufactured in explosion-proof form. Since the HYD series can be freely configured, this does not present any technical difficulties or incur any substantial additional costs. This is only one example of the many application options available.
